The one-week free week trial is available for all ages and membership types. The trial week gives participants access to the following:-Fitness classes-Y Kids @ Hoag child supervision-Member Appreciation Sunday hours
When starting the trial week, participants must provide contact information and present a hard-copy ID. The trial can be started anytime but must be initiated by stopping by the Welcome Center at the Y’s Hoag Road facility (1901 Hoag Road, Mount Vernon).
