Seasonal Closure Notice for Lake Samish, Whatcom and Padden Watersheds

Please note that due to the seasonal watershed closure from October 1st through May 31st, WCC 20.51.410(3) and WCC 20.80.735(2) prohibit Whatcom County from issuing permits within two weeks prior to October 1st.

Therefore, no development permits in the above-mentioned watersheds will be issued from September 17th through September 30th, 2022.
