City of Lynden recently issued the following announcement
Event: Planning Commission Meeting – Cancelled
When: October 29, 2020
In addition to participating virtually, the City will provide the following options for participation:
- From 6:30 to 8:30 on October 29, the City will facilitate one-on-one live comment to the Chairperson of the Planning Commission. Those comments will be broadcast live to other meeting attendees. Those who wish to do this are required to sign-up for 5 minute speaking slots by contacting the Planning Department at 360-354-5532.
- For those unable join the virtual hearing from your home or have concerns related to their ability to hear the proceeding via their computer or phone, the City will be providing viewing rooms at City Hall. No more than 5 people will be permitted in each room. These locations will not provide opportunities for spoken testimony. If you would like to utilize these accommodations, please contact the Planning Department at (360) 354-5532.
- Recordings of each day of the hearing may be requested for download. A written transcript of all four days of the hearing will be made available after the close of the hearing.
- Written comments will be accepted until November 2nd.
