Of the 69 people living in Twin Lakes in 2019, 46.4 percent (32) were women and 53.6 percent (37) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Washington News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 16-to-11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 21 females and 21 males.
