Of the 1,774 people living in Big Lake in 2019, 51.4 percent (912) were women and 48.6 percent (862) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Washington News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 599-to-492. In the 65 and over age range, there were 181 females and 239 males.
