Updates on Automotive Program at Skagit Valley College

Have you ever wanted to know how fully electric vehicles work? Here in the Automotive Program at Skagit Valley College, we discuss the latest technology in the automotive industry.

This quarter, the students learned about a wide variety of new vehicles. We had a Ford Mustang Mach-E, Tesla, and a new fully electric Kia Niro in the shop.

Kia of Everett sent us a new Kia Niro for students to work on in the class. Along with sending us a new vehicle, Kia of Everett also provided us with a tool cart and tools for students to use while in the program.

Partners like this allow us to provide students with the most up-to-date training possible.

If you are interested in learning how to fix electric vehicles, email Aaron.Klesick@skagit.edu.
