Governor Jay Inslee toured Bellingham Technical College’s Nursing & Allied Health programs to see the work the college is doing to prepare students for medical field professions.
In the state’s supplemental budget, BTC received $200,000 to help incentivize students to enter the health workforce and $425,000 to purchase or upgrade simulation laboratory equipment that will help expand the capacity of simulation laboratories to serve more nursing students.
