Street Law connects Whatcom County residents with free legal help for any civil law questions. Through this partnership between Law Advocates and WCLS, residents are able to attend virtual consultations with lawyers either at home or at a participating WCLS library (Deming, Ferndale, Lynden, or South Whatcom).
