Bellingham Public School issued the following announcement on Feb. 11

A Message from the Department of Teaching and Learning

Dear families,

This month, middle and high school students will have the option to engage in an optional, anonymous survey from the state of Washington this month regarding their thoughts, feelings and behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey is sponsored by Washington state Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), in partnership with the Washington State Department of Health, Health Care Authority and the University of Washington.

Many students participated in this survey last spring, and the feedback they shared about the effects of the pandemic has helped our state and our schools understand their needs and design ways to support them.

Later this spring, we will be sending our annual school climate survey to families, students and staff.  Please be watching for this opportunity to share your feedback about Bellingham Public Schools.

If you have questions, please contact your school.
