Western Marketplace Shutdown Notice

Business Services is in the process of performing a long overdue necessary upgrade to the Marketplace and its connection to Banner. The upgrade will take place during the week of Thanksgiving and a few days beyond. The timeline for the shutdown is as follows:

Nov. 21 – 23 – No new orders in Marketplace – Procurement will assist in moving existing orders through the system during this time. 

Nov. 28 – Marketplace connection is shutdown to perform the new upgrade.  Procurement will email all users once the system is available again. The estimated timeline is 2-4 days after shutdown. 

If you have an urgent purchasing need during the marketplace shutdown here are alternative options:
