Western Washington University senior Jordan Lee continues his amazing 2022-23 season by earning his third GNAC Golfer of the Week award.

Lee earned a top 10 finish in 6th place in an 80-player field at the Battle in the Desert at the PGA West Mountain Course in La Quinta, California. Lee fired rounds of 2-under-par 70, 2-over-par 74 and even-par 72 to finish at even-par 216 in the 54-hole tournament. WWU tied for 8th place in the 16-team field.

This marked the third GNAC Golfer of the Week honor for Lee during the 2022-23 season and sixth time in his career, tying for third-most by a Viking golfer in program history. Jake Koppenberg and Dylan Goodwin each earned seven GNAC weekly awards during their WWU careers.

In six tournaments this year, leads WWU and the GNAC with a 71.33 scoring average (-0.40 to par) with 11 of 15 rounds of par or better.

The No. 24 nationally-ranked Vikings return to tournament play March 27-28 at the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational hosted by Stanislaus State in Turlock, California.
